April 6, 2001 To Whom It May Concern: Blake Pressley built my home located in the River Oaks subdivision in Flower Mound in 1999. Prior to choosing Blake, I viewed many custom homes built by other builders in the Flower Mound area and met with numerous other builders to obtain estimates for the home I planned to build. I chose Blake based on the style of his homes, his competitive pricing, his knowledge of the business and his creativity. From start to finish, I was very satisfied with Blake and his subcontractors. Specifically, his designer was extremely helpful and efficient in helping me design my home. He did an excellent job of putting my dream home on paper. Now that my home is finished, I am still satisfied with both the design and the quality of the home. Blake was great in responding to my needs throughout the building process. He made suggestions and added final touches that brought together a great design. He was very detailed in making sure the subcontractors did a quality job. Further, based on my knowledge of other homes Blake has built since mine, he continues to use many of the same contractors to ensure the quality of homes that he builds. March 2001 We are writing this letter in support of Blake Pressley of The Pressley Group, LLC. In 1999 we contracted with Mr. Pressley to build our home in River Oaks Estates of Flower Mound, Texas. From the design phase to the completed project, and well after, he was very involved. He was always quick to address our concerns and made himself available throughout the process. We considered him to be very fair, honest and reliable. As many visitors have commented, the quality of our home is apparent. This too is one of Mr. Pressley's trademarks. As we watched the day to day building it was obvious that he took great pride in constructing a first rate home.
